e-Communication Policy

Electronic messages, including electronic mail (e-mail), may contain confidential information intended solely for the individual/s named in the respective communication. If you are not the intended recipient you should not disseminate, send, forward, distribute or copy the contents of electronic mail and/or attachments received. If you have received an electronic message and/or communication by mistake, please notify the sender immediately and permanently delete both the message and its contents. The security, reliability of delivery, and integrity of the e-mail and electronic communication transmission cannot be guaranteed since information can be modified in transit or may contain viruses. The Office of the State Advocate will not accept any liability arising from the unauthorised use of any electronic communication.​
