Dr Corinne Pace graduated Doctor of Laws (LL.D) from the University of Malta in 2017. Her thesis entitled ‘An Analysis of the Extent of Liability of the Maltese Pilot under Maltese law’ was awarded the Malta Maritime Forum Annual Award in 2017 for the best Dissertation on a shipping/maritime law-related subject. She spent part of her course studying at Vrije University in Brussels.

Corinne was called to the Maltese bar in 2018, shortly after joining the Office of the State Advocate (previously the Civil Section of the Office of the Attorney General) that same year.

Her main areas of practice are civil, administrative and constitutional litigation, with a particular focus on employment and immigration law, and she has appeared before the Maltese Superior Courts as well as various administrative Boards and Tribunals. She has also represented the Government of Malta at various meetings organized both locally and abroad by the European Judicial Network (EJN) and the Council of the European Union.
