Dr. Miguel De Gabriele graduated Doctor of Laws in 2015 and obtained his professional warrant in 2016. After working briefly in the private sector, where he appeared before the Inferior and Superior Courts, Miguel joined the Office of the Attorney General in 2016 as a Trainee Lawyer with the Civil Law Section.
Miguel has extensive experience in Administrative, Civil and Immigration law whilst also handling numerous human rights cases throughout the years. Miguel also has a niche interest in Education law. He has represented the Government of Malta before the European Council in Strasbourg and at various meetings organised by the Council of the European Union in Brussels.
