Dr. Natalia Grima graduated with a Master of Advocacy from the University of Malta in 2017 and obtained her warrant in 2018. Having developed a keen interest in translation after she won the European Commission’s Juvenes Translatores contest in 2011, Natalia obtained a master’s degree in Translation and Terminology Studies from the University of Malta in 2019.

Natalia has been part of the Legislation Unit since 2019 where she is mainly tasked with the review and vetting of primary and subsidiary legislation related to, amongst other sectors, health, justice, fisheries, agriculture, animal welfare, national security, energy, environment, transport, education and the economy. Natalia is often consulted by officials from the Ministries concerned in relation to any queries that arise regarding the legislative review procedure.
