Dr Nicole Fenech graduated from the University of Malta with a Bachelor of Laws in 2018 and a Master of Advocacy in 2019. She was subsequently admitted to the Maltese bar in March 2020.

Following the completion of her pupillage with a private law firm and with the Office of the Attorney General in its criminal law section, Nicole went on to join a reputable private law firm where she spent three years working in the firm’s litigation department, focusing mainly on civil law, property law, debt collection, commercial litigation, and private international law.

At the State Advocate’s Office, Nicole’s main areas of practice include constitutional law, administrative law and civil litigation and she also provides legal advice to and represents various Government entities and departments before the Maltese courts and tribunals.
