Dr Bernice Saliba graduated Doctor of Laws in 2017 and was admitted to the Maltese bar in 2018. Whilst working in the private sector, Dr Saliba practised primarily in the fields of corporate and technology-related laws. She also received training in civil litigation and was a Bluebook Trainee with the European Commission at DG Connect, and received a Professional Award in Taxation from the Malta Institute of Taxation in 2020.
Bernice joined the Office of the State Advocate in 2020, where she deals with various civil, administrative and constitutional law matters, advising several Ministries and Government departments particularly in the fields of health, agriculture, fisheries and tourism and appearing both before the Courts of Malta and the Malta Arbitration Centre
